SF Beer Week 2011

Bar Crudo definitely has a strong appreciation for beer, and will be offering 2 special beer dinners during Beer Week to promote our love for this wonderful drink.

Sierra Nevada Beer Dinner

February, 15th
6:00 to 6:30pm Beer Social(come have a pint with us)
6:30 Dinner Seating
$65 (not incl. tax and tip)

Sierra Nevada Brewer Terence Sullivan will be joining us to discuss 5 specialty brews that we will pair with 5 courses created by Chef Mike Selvera. We will be presenting some unique Sierra Nevada beers that includes a new release Belgian Quadrupel, and our Liquid Sourdough Lager that was brewed at Sierra Nevada Beer Camp with the help of Bar Crudo.

A very vibrant beer scene has been going on in San Diego, and the guys from Ballast Point are going to join us and show us what it’s all about. We will have a 5 course menu paired with 5 exceptional beers from Ballast Point Brewing.
