Our last two beer dinners were a success in discovering American Extreme Ales, and how they pair with food. We will be taking this beer dinner a step further, and focusing on how craft brew is emerging in other countries. With America, and Belgium firmly leading the way in discovering new styles they have also influenced countries like Japan, Brazil, France, Italy, and Sweden. These countries are creating some special ales and lagers that are surpassing the normal standards for brewing. Our June Dinner will present unique world ales matched with a seasonal and local ingredient seafood menu. Hope to see you there!
